I was in a meeting at the CTA with the transportation department, and was getting a lot of items resolved. The Transportation Department representative was Robert A. (Bob) Janz. He and I had become good friends. Someone made the comment that "Kendrick is on a roll," and Bob quickly sketched this caricature.
